FarmOut Training Center was inaugurated last July 3, 2006.

The training center caters to aspiring call center agents who want to have an edge when applying for a position at a call center.

FarmOut Training Center provides a 45-day training regimen for its call center training students. Students are exposed to a mixed environment of training utilizing both multimedia and instructor-led sessions to ehance the students learning aptitude.

Students must undergo On-the-Job Training (OJT) to further validate their skills learned in the training center. All these must be passed by the students before they graduate from the course. This makes sure that FarmOut Training Center’s graduates are of good quality since they are equipped with the right knowledge and tools for them to be able to break into the call center industry.

The event was graced by no less than Dir Ponciano Catipon, TESDA provinicial director, and Vice Mayor Alvin Fernandez of Dagupan city.
